India was the only known source of diamonds from about 500BC until the 18th century. In ancient times, people believed diamonds were made by thunderbolts striking the earth, revealing brilliant diamonds within.

Like the thunderbolt, Guna's Vajara Scrub reveals hidden radiance without being harsh or damaging. Guna believes products can be both gentle and effective - you don't have to cause pain or irritation in order to see benefits.

TIPS AND TRICKS

How-to

Take about half a teaspoon into your palm using clean fingers or a spoon. Slowly add water or Gulab Jal, mixing after every few drops, and the scrub will start to foam.

Once you've reached your desired consistency, gently massage the scrub into damp skin. Rinse off and follow with Apas Serum or Gulab Jal.

• The more water you add, the gentler the scrub.

• Rinse immediately, or leave it on for 10-15 minutes as a masque.

• You can use Vajara to exfoliate your lips, hands, feet or elbows.

Ingredients

Key Ingredients

Activated Charcoal has been used for many years as a remedy for food poisoning thanks to its absorbent qualities. Along with Kaolin Clay, they both pull impurities to the surface.

Essential oils of Vetiver, Cedarwood and Chamomile have been valued for their healing qualities for hundreds of years. They're potent but also smell beautiful, providing aromatherapeutic benefits as you inhale the scent.

Unlike other scrubs, Vajara isn't harsh and drying as it contains Vegetable Glycerine to ensure your skin is cleansed but not stripped bare.

FAQ

Do I need to use a scrub?

Not necessarily. There are different ways to exfoliate your skin. Vajara is our strongest exfoliant, so use this if you're looking to polish and deeply purify your skin. We've made sure you can tailor it to be gentler than most scrubs plus it has glycerine to avoid drying your skin.

For other options, you can use Ubtan as a daily micro-exfoliant, or you can use the Muslin Washcloths to massage your skin.

Does Vajara dry your skin?

Not at all. We've added Vegetable Glycerine to ensure your skin is hydrated and supple, rather than stripped and dry.
